*If approved read, print and sign contract to be ready to visit and pick up.

*Puppy must be paid in full before being shipped or at the time of pick up. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY we replace the dog/puppy with one of equal value from the same litter if available of another litter. If the dog/puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian, no guarantee is given within 72 hours no guarantee is given unless stated in writing by NorthShore Canine Services, LLC.
**DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  All services require specified deposit amounts to secure booking, and these are non-refundable.
